LumeClip ("App", "we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use the LumeClip mobile application and any connected services.

3. Face Data and Uploaded Media

If you upload photos or videos containing a face, likeness, or other personal image data, that content is used only to perform the features you request, such as generation, editing, enhancement, or transformation. We do not sell face data. We do not use face data uploaded by users to train generalized models unless separate and explicit permission is obtained.

4. Third-Party Services

To operate the App, we may rely on third-party service providers, including Firebase, Singular, and CDN or cloud hosting services.

5. Tracking Transparency and Consent

On supported platforms, we may request permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) or similar consent mechanisms before accessing tracking-related identifiers.

6. Data Retention

Unless a longer retention period is required, user-uploaded content and related processing data are generally not retained for more than 30 days.

7. Children and Age Restrictions

LumeClip is not intended for children. The App is not recommended for minors, and users must comply with the minimum age requirements applicable in their country or region.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, we take reasonable measures to support lawful and secure international transfers.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal data.
